RAW App Discontinuation

It's been an incredible journey, and we're deeply grateful to every one of you for being part of it.

Service closes June 1, 2026
Unfortunately, we're closing RAW on June 1, 2026. Your monthly and weekly subscriptions remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not be renewed. No new purchases will be available from April 28, 2026. If your current subscription period extends past June 1, 2026, you are eligible for a refund for the unused portion. Please see the FAQ below for details.

Service & functionality
Will I be able to continue using RAW?+

RAW will remain fully functional until June 1, 2026.

None of the functionality will be available starting from June 1, 2026.

What will happen to the iOS and Android RAW apps?+

The RAW apps will be fully removed from the application stores after June 1, 2026. You can delete them from your devices to free space.

What about my RAW bonuses and perks?+

All features included in your subscription (such as Unlimited likes, Boosts, Intros, POWER status badge, and RAW Q) remain available until June 1, 2026. Any unused purchased additional items (such as Super Likes, Boosts, Intros) will expire on that date and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Billing & refunds
Will I be charged again?+

All auto-renewals are disabled. You will not be charged for any future subscription periods. You do not need to cancel your subscription manually.

How can I request a refund?+
Apple App Store

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the RAW charge, tap "Report a Problem", select "I'd like to request a refund", and choose "App was discontinued".

Google Play

Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find the RAW charge, tap "Report a problem", and select "I'd like to request a refund".

How much will I be refunded?+

If your current subscription period extends beyond June 1, 2026, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion. The refund process depends on how you subscribed.

Data & privacy
What will happen to my data after June 30, 2026?+

Your profile, messages, photos, and match data will be permanently deleted on June 30, 2026. Payment and transaction records will be retained as required by applicable law, after which they will also be deleted.

Data downloads will no longer be available after deletion.

How can I delete my account?+

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data immediately, you can do so in the app via Settings > Delete Account.

How can I request a copy of my personal data?+

Send an email to refunds@raw.app with the subject "Data Export Request" and phone number used to register your account.

There is no in-app export option. Please submit your request before June 30, 2026. We will respond in due course with a downloadable copy of your personal data stored with us.
